This beautiful and delicious tart is sweetened with Manuka Honey from New Zealand and Coconut sugar, which yes is still sugar BUT is an arguably healthier and great natural alternative to regular granulated sugar (not to mention the TASTE which is like a delicious mild caramel flavor).

An excellent, healthy and filling side dish to compliment your late summer grilling nights. I prepared ahead, popped in the oven and kept on low until ready to serve. Excellent paired with salmon or arctic char on the grill with a buttery glass of Chardonnay or chilled, mellow Pinot Noir! Bon Appétit!
